OCR: Senator Jim Exon (D-Neb. ) used these dramatic words to introduce his "Blue Book" to his colleagues during Congress's June 14, 1995 session. The "Blue Book" was filled with various steamy pictures downloaded from the Net, and bore a label reading (I'm not making this up) "WARNING: Do not open until further instructions. Offensive material enclosed Keep out of the reach of children. " Well, if only it had said "Keep out of the reach of children and senators, " for the Senate passed Exon's Communications Decency Act of 1995, which makes cyberporn a Federal crime, by a wide margin (84-16) a few hours later. I guess our congressmen didn't like what they saw in the "Blue Book" -- although some say you can pick up a few extra copies for "further analysis" in the Capitol Hill men's room.
